Dubai Property Partners is the trading name used for this Dubai based property service. References to DPP, we, us and our mean the operator of this website. You can contact us at dubaipropertypartners@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +971 58 680 0250.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Separate reservation, sale, brokerage, developer, finance or professional service terms may apply to any transaction and will take priority for that service.

Prices, payment plans, areas, sizes, views, specifications, completion dates, rental estimates, service charges, incentives and availability may change without notice. No website statement creates a promise that a property is available, suitable, capable of finance or likely to achieve a stated rent or future value. A transaction exists only when the relevant parties sign the applicable documents and required funds are accepted.

The calculator produces mathematical illustrations from the figures you enter and the assumptions stated beside it. Results are not a valuation, quotation, appraisal, return promise or forecast. They may omit mortgage interest, finance fees, maintenance, furnishing, insurance, selling costs, void periods, tax and other expenses unless expressly included.
Changing rent, vacancy, service charges, exchange rates, financing or sale price can materially alter the result. Use a range of conservative scenarios and verify the figures for the specific unit.

It can misunderstand a question, omit relevant information or provide an answer that is not current for a particular project. Do not rely on the guide as professional advice and do not enter identity documents, bank details, source of funds evidence or confidential information. Important answers should be confirmed with a suitably qualified person.

Property can fall in value and may take time to sell. Rental income and occupancy are not guaranteed. Construction, handover, defect, developer, community supply, service charge, finance, tenant and regulatory risks may arise. UK buyers also face currency risk because Dubai property is priced in dirhams.

We may act as a property marketing partner, broker, sales representative or introducer depending on the opportunity and may receive commission from a developer, seller or partner. We will explain our role and any material commercial relationship relevant to a proposed purchase.
Independent developers, sellers, lenders, lawyers, tax advisers, currency providers and managers control their own services and decisions. An introduction does not guarantee their work, approval or outcome. You should review their credentials, engagement terms and charges directly.

Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the website for personal, lawful research. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person or use the content to mislead others.
