Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when we share it and the choices available to you when you enquire about Dubai property.

Effective 8 August 2026
In plain English

We use the details you choose to send us to answer your enquiry and provide relevant property guidance. We do not sell your personal information. The interactive property guide processes questions in your browser and does not send those questions to us.

01

Who is responsible for your information

Dubai Property Partners is the controller of personal information collected through this website and through direct conversations arising from it. We operate from Dubai, United Arab Emirates and serve prospective buyers in the United Kingdom and other markets.

Privacy enquiries can be sent to dubaipropertypartners@gmail.com or by WhatsApp to +971 58 680 0250.

02

Information we may collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, approximate budget, buying timescale, investment objective, property preferences, funding intentions and the content of messages you send. If you proceed, we may also request identity, address, source of funds and transaction information where necessary for due diligence, legal obligations or coordination with a developer, broker, lender or professional adviser.

We may receive basic technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and interaction data if analytics or security services are enabled. We do not intentionally request special category information through the website.

03

How and why we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand your objectives, arrange consultations, identify potentially relevant property, coordinate viewings or transactions, maintain records, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, improve our service and protect the website.

Depending on the circumstances, our basis may be your request to take steps before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in operating and improving a responsible property service, or your consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

04

Marketing choices

We will not add you to general promotional email or messaging campaigns merely because you send an enquiry. If you separately choose to receive updates, you can unsubscribe or object at any time by contacting us. Service messages concerning an active enquiry or transaction are not marketing.

Your right to object: You may object at any time to our use of your personal information for direct marketing. We will stop that use.

05

Who may receive information

Where relevant to your request, we may share necessary information with selected Dubai developers, licensed real estate partners, property sellers, conveyancers, mortgage specialists, currency providers, tax advisers, property managers, technology suppliers and authorities. We share only what is reasonably needed and expect recipients to protect it.

Some recipients act independently and provide their own privacy information. We are not responsible for how an independent professional uses information after you instruct them directly.

06

International use of information

We operate in the United Arab Emirates, so information sent by a UK visitor may be accessed and stored outside the United Kingdom. Property transactions may also require information to be handled by organisations in the UAE or another country. We will use appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards where required and will provide further information on request.

You can read the UK Information Commissioner guidance on international transfers.

07

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, follow up, legal obligations and dispute protection. A routine enquiry that does not proceed will normally be reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Transaction, compliance and financial records may be retained longer where law or professional requirements apply.

We use proportionate access controls, account security and service provider safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

08

The property guide, forms and cookies

The interactive property guide uses a local knowledge system in your browser. Its answers are generated from the words you type and the calculator exchange rate. Questions are not sent to Dubai Property Partners. Do not enter confidential financial records, identity documents or sensitive personal information into the guide.

The buyer brief prepares an email in your own email application. Your details reach us only when you choose to send that email. The site may use essential storage required for operation. If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, we will provide an appropriate consent choice before using non essential cookies.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent. Some rights are limited where we must retain information for law, compliance or legal claims. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

UK visitors can learn more or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. UAE information about personal data protection is available through the official UAE portal. Please contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve your concern.

10

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
